By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and legally able to accept these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SQL Master is an online SQL learning platform offering:

• Interactive SQL practice questions and challenges
• An in-browser SQL execution sandbox
• An AI-powered SQL interview simulator
• Learning roadmaps and progress tracking
• Community leaderboards and achievements
• Pro subscription plans with expanded access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance, subject to refunds or remedies required by mandatory law.

The Service is an educational practice tool. It is not an accredited school, certification body, recruitment agency, career adviser, legal adviser or financial adviser. We do not guarantee exam results, employment, interview success, salary, promotion or any other professional outcome.

AI-generated reviews, support responses and interview reports may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must independently verify important output and must not submit confidential, personal, production or third-party data into practice queries.

You remain responsible for how you use any query, explanation, AI-generated content, recommendation, sample answer or learning material outside the Service. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for production database work, business decisions, academic submissions, employment decisions, certifications, legal compliance, tax treatment, financial planning or any other high-impact decision.

You must create an account to access most features of SQL Master. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at info@getsqlmaster.com if you suspect unauthorized access

You may not create accounts for others without authorization or operate more than one account without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 Free Plan

SQL Master offers a free tier with limited features. Free accounts may access a subset of practice questions and limited platform functionality as described on our Pricing page.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize the active merchant-of-record payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. The binding total price, currency, taxes, billing interval and payment methods are shown at checkout before you place an order. Price changes apply prospectively and are communicated as required by applicable law.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except under our refund policy below.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of the initial charge at info@getsqlmaster.comfor a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the payment processor's normal processing period. This voluntary guarantee does not restrict statutory withdrawal, conformity, refund, chargeback or other mandatory consumer rights. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated tools without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Share your Pro account credentials with others (each subscription is for individual use only)
• Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, offensive, or infringing of third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to SQL questions, solutions, explanations, learning paths, graphics, user interface elements, and underlying software — is the exclusive property of SQL Master or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our express written permission.

If you submit any content to the Service (e.g., profile information, messages to support), you grant SQL Master a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT EVERY QUESTION, SOLUTION, AI RESPONSE OR SQL RESULT WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PRODUCTION SYSTEM. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER REMEDIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED REMAIN UNAFFECTED.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL, COMMERCIAL, PROFESSIONAL, INTERVIEW, EMPLOYMENT, CERTIFICATION, SALARY OR FINANCIAL OUTCOME. AI FEATURES, AUTOMATED FEEDBACK, EXPLANATIONS, MODEL ANSWERS, PERFORMANCE SCORES AND SUPPORT RESPONSES ARE PROVIDED FOR GUIDANCE ONLY AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR OUTDATED INFORMATION.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING, TESTING AND VALIDATING ANY SQL QUERY, ANSWER, OUTPUT, EXPLANATION OR RECOMMENDATION BEFORE USING IT OUTSIDE THE SERVICE. YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICE WITH LIVE PRODUCTION DATABASES, SENSITIVE INFORMATION OR THIRD- PARTY DATA UNLESS YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO AND HAVE INDEPENDENTLY ASSESSED THE RISKS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQL MASTER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, EXPECTED SAVINGS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITY OR PLATFORM AVAILABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE. WHERE A MONETARY CAP IS LEGALLY PERMITTED, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR USD 50.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, that business agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify SQL Master against third-party claims caused by its unlawful use of the Service, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not impose a broader indemnity on consumers than permitted by mandatory consumer law.

The Service may contain links to or depend on third-party websites, APIs, platforms or services, including payment processors, merchant-of-record services, cloud hosting, database hosting, email delivery, analytics, OAuth identity providers, AI model providers and support tooling. We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, acts, omissions, security incidents, policy changes, charges, taxes, identity checks, payout handling, content, privacy practices or service interruptions, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy notices, checkout notices, security requirements and account rules. We may suspend or change integrations when needed for security, compliance, provider availability or platform reliability.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in the country of habitual residence. Please contact info@getsqlmaster.com first so that we can attempt a good-faith resolution. If the dispute is not resolved, the competent courts, consumer courts, consumer arbitration committees and authorities determined by applicable law remain available. These Terms do not require a consumer to waive a non-waivable forum, collective remedy or statutory complaint right.

We may perform maintenance, apply security restrictions, rate limits or temporarily suspend features to protect users and systems. We are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside our control, including network outages, cloud-provider failures, cyberattacks, governmental action or natural disasters, but this does not remove obligations that mandatory law places on us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
