Refund & Cancellation Policy

New SQL Master Pro subscriptions include a voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee. Send your request from the purchase email address to info@getsqlmaster.com within seven calendar days of the initial charge. This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights.

Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period under the law that applies to them. For digital content or a service performed immediately, a statutory exception may apply only where the customer expressly requests immediate performance, gives any legally required acknowledgement, and receives confirmation on a durable medium. Nothing in this policy excludes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Except where required by law or covered by the seven-day guarantee, unused portions of a billing period are not automatically refunded.

1. Open the billing portal from the Pricing page to cancel future renewal.
2. Email the purchase email, order number, request and reason to info@getsqlmaster.com.
3. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents by ordinary email.
4. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through the active payment provider.

Duplicate charges and confirmed processing errors will be corrected. We may investigate suspected fraud, chargeback abuse or material violation of the Terms before granting a voluntary refund. This does not affect non-waivable legal remedies.

SQL Master is an educational practice platform. Except where mandatory law or the voluntary seven-day guarantee applies, refunds are not automatically granted because a customer did not achieve a desired score, interview result, certification, job offer, salary increase, promotion, business result or other expected outcome.

AI reviews, model answers, explanations and recommendations are guidance only and may contain mistakes. They do not create a separate refund right unless required by applicable law or covered by the voluntary guarantee.

The active checkout provider, such as Lemon Squeezy or Paddle, is the merchant of record for checkout and payment processing. Its checkout record, tax treatment and refund rails may also apply. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and the terms presented at checkout for the specific order take priority.
