How an online order is formed
- Select a monthly or annual Pro plan on the Pricing page.
- Review the plan, billing interval, total price, taxes and renewal terms.
- Continue to the secure payment-provider checkout and correct any input errors.
- Confirm that the order creates a payment obligation and accept the checkout terms.
- Receive the order confirmation and invoice/receipt on a durable medium by email.
- Manage cancellation, payment method and invoices from the customer portal.
The active checkout provider, such as Lemon Squeezy or Paddle, acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment collection, applicable sales taxes and customer payment documents. SQL Master provides access to the digital learning service.
