Identify the smallest deterministic ordered set of customers needed to reach at least 80% of completed revenue. Order customers by revenue DESC then customer_id. Include the customer whose revenue crosses the 80% threshold, and exclude all later customers. Return customer_id, revenue, cumulative_revenue and cumulative_share.
